We ship orders Monday through Friday from our warehouse within the United States.

Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and shipping method.
Options available:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. If you opt in to SMS, tracking updates may also be sent via text.

Carriers Used
We use reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is automatically chosen based on location and the shipping speed selected.

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently ship internationally
- We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes for expedited orders
- Orders with multiple items may be split into multiple shipments

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. KD Sports USA is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package is lost or arrives damaged:
- First, contact the carrier using the tracking information

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order ships.
